Elmlohe is a village and former municipality located in the district of Cuxhaven within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. Historically, it functioned as a component municipality of the former Samtgemeinde Bederkesa.
As of January 1, 2015, Elmlohe became part of the town of Geestland. It remains a recognized locality within this administrative structure in northern Germany.
