Elbe

The Elbe is one of the major rivers located in Central Europe. It originates in the Giant Mountains of the northern Czech Republic and flows through a significant portion of Bohemia before entering Germany.

The river covers a total length of 1,094 kilometers (680 miles). It eventually flows into the North Sea at Cuxhaven, which is situated approximately 110 kilometers northwest of Hamburg.
