Betheln is a village and former municipality located in the district of Hildesheim within the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It serves as a local residential area situated in the northern region of the country.
As of November 1, 2016, Betheln no longer exists as an independent administrative entity. It was officially incorporated into the town of Gronau.
