Veitshöchheim is a municipality located in the district of Würzburg within the state of Bavaria, Germany. Situated on the right bank of the Main river, it lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 miles) northwest of the city of Würzburg.
The municipality has a population of just under 10,000 residents. It comprises two distinct villages: Veitshöchheim and Gadheim.
