Knetzgau is a municipality located in the district of Haßberge within the state of Bavaria, Germany. It serves as a local administrative area composed of several distinct residential areas.
The municipality consists of eight villages: Oberschwappach, Unterschwappach, Westheim, Hainert, Eschenau, Neuhaus, Zell am Ebersberg, Wohnau, and Zeil.
