Vaihingen an der Enz is a town located in the state of Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. It is situated on the river Enz and lies on the western periphery of the Stuttgart Region, positioned between the cities of Stuttgart and Karlsruhe.
The town has a population of approximately 30,000 residents. Formerly serving as a district capital, it is now part of the district of Ludwigsburg. Geographically, it is located 25 km northwest of Stuttgart and 15 km west of Ludwigsburg. It should not be confused with Vaihingen, which is a district of Stuttgart.
