Mundelsheim is a municipality located in the German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. It is situated within the Ludwigsburg district and lies along the banks of the Neckar river.
The town is positioned approximately 30 km north of Stuttgart and 20 km south of Heilbronn. Geographically, it belongs to the Stuttgart Metropolitan Region.
