Horb am Neckar is a town located in the southwest region of the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It is situated along the Neckar river, positioned between the cities of Offenburg to the west and Tübingen to the east.
The municipality has a total population of approximately 25,000 inhabitants. While about 6,000 people reside in the main town of Horb, the remaining residents live across 18 associated villages and districts that comprise the same municipality. When considering the entire municipality, it is recognized as the largest town within the District of Freudenstadt.
