Epfenbach is a municipality situated in southwestern Germany. It is located within the Rhein-Neckar district of the state of Baden-Württemberg, positioned geographically between the cities of Heidelberg and Sinsheim.
The municipality is a member of the municipal association of Waibstadt and is also part of the Brunnenregion tourist region.
