Bad Krozingen is a spa town located in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald within the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It is situated approximately 15 km southwest of the city of Freiburg.
The town was formed in the 1970s through the incorporation of several previously independent villages, including Biengen, Hausen an der Möhlin, Schlatt, and Tunsel, which also included Schmidhofen.
