Louny is a town located in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. Situated along the Ohře River, the municipality has a population of approximately 18,000 inhabitants.
The town features a well-preserved historic centre that is officially protected as an urban monument zone. Its most significant landmark is the Church of Saint Nicholas.
