Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav is an administratively united pair of towns situated in the Prague-East District of the Central Bohemian Region in the Czech Republic. Located along the Elbe River within the Central Elbe Table, the municipality serves as a significant regional center.
The area has a population of approximately 21,000 inhabitants. It holds the distinction of being the second largest united pair of towns in the Czech Republic, following Frýdek-Místek.
