Rizokarpaso is a town located on the Karpas Peninsula in the northeastern region of Cyprus. Although it is nominally part of the Famagusta District of the Republic of Cyprus, the area has been under the control of Northern Cyprus since the Turkish invasion of 1974.
The town is currently administered as part of the İskele District. It remains a notable geographic point within the peninsula's coastal landscape.
