Pyla is a village situated in the Larnaca District of Cyprus. It is located in the eastern part of the island and sits adjacent to the British Sovereign Base Area of Dhekelia.
The village is notable for being one of only four settlements located within the United Nations Buffer Zone, alongside Athienou, Troulloi, and Deneia. From a legal perspective, Pyla is administered by the government of the Republic of Cyprus, though it is policed by UN peacekeepers.
