Pallouriotissa is an area located in Nicosia, Cyprus. It was formerly an independent village before being annexed to the municipality in 1968. The area is situated immediately south of Kaimakli.
The region is currently divided into two quarters: Panayia (Panagia) and Saints Constantine and Helen. As of 2011, the combined population of these two quarters was 15,607.
