Otrobanda is a historic quarter situated on the southwest side of Willemstad, the capital city of Curaçao. Located on the island of Curaçao within the Lesser Antilles in the Dutch Caribbean, it serves as one of the primary districts of the urban area.
The neighborhood was founded in 1707 and is recognized for its historical significance. Due to its architectural and cultural heritage, Otrobanda has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
