Tarrafal de Monte Trigo is a coastal settlement located in the southwestern region of the island of Santo Antão in Cape Verde. It is situated approximately 27 kilometers west of the island's capital, Porto Novo.
Historically, the location was recorded as Terrafal on a map produced by Jacques-Nicolas Bellin in 1747. As of 2010, the settlement had a recorded population of 841 residents.
