Ribeira do Ilhéu is a settlement located in the northern region of Fogo island in Cape Verde. It is positioned approximately 6 km west of Mosteiros and 20 km northeast of the island's capital, São Filipe.
The settlement is situated near the village of Atalaia, which lies 1.5 km to its southwest. A notable cultural characteristic of the area is the festival of Saint Joseph, which is celebrated annually on March 19.
