Moia Moia is a settlement located in the eastern part of the island of Santiago in Cape Verde. It falls under the jurisdiction of the municipality of São Domingos.
The settlement is situated at an elevation of approximately 20 meters above sea level. Its geographic position is near the east coast, specifically located 2 km southeast of Baía, 5 km northeast of Vale da Custa, and 14 km northeast of the capital city, Praia. As of 2010, the population of Moia Moia was recorded at 205 residents.
