Cabaiguán is a municipality and town located in the province of Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. It serves as one of the region's primary population centers, with an urban population of 42,075 making it the third largest town in the province. The municipality covers a total territorial area of 598.98 km2.
The town is bordered by several neighboring municipalities: Yaguajay to the north, Taguasco to the east, and Fomento to the southwest. To the west and northwest, it borders Placetas in the province of Villa Clara. The municipality's southern boundary is defined by the Tuinicú River, which serves as its limit with the municipality of Sancti Spíritus.
