Boyeros is one of the 15 municipalities located within Havana, Cuba. The municipality was officially created in 1976 through the amalgamation of the town of Santiago de Las Vegas.
Situated on the southwestern side of Havana, Boyeros is notable for housing the José Martí International Airport, which serves as a primary aviation hub for the region.
