Alamar, also known as Alamar-Playa, is a district located in the eastern part of Havana, Cuba. It is situated within the municipality of Habana del Este.
The area is primarily characterized by its prefabrication construction featuring Soviet-style architecture. Due to this distinct aesthetic, Cuban poet Juan Carlos Flores has referred to the district as "The Heart of The Russian Barrio." The ward is currently presided over by Margarita Basilia Araujo Suárez.
