Tópaga is a town and municipality located in the Sugamuxi Province of the Colombian department of Boyacá. It is situated on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense, with its urban center positioned at an altitude of 2,900 metres (9,500 ft). The topography across the municipality ranges between 2,400 metres (7,900 ft) and 3,200 metres (10,500 ft).
The municipality is bordered by Nobsa and Corrales to the west, Mongua and Gámeza to the east, Gámeza to the north, and Monguí and Sogamoso to the south. The Chicamocha River flows through the area, which lies approximately 98 kilometres (61 mi) from the departmental capital of Tunja.
