Tibasosa is a municipality located in the Sugamuxi Province within the Colombian department of Boyacá. It serves as a regional administrative division situated in the heart of Colombia.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring areas: Duitama and Nobsa to the north, Nobsa and Sogamoso to the east, Firavitoba to the south, and Paipa to the west.
