Sativasur is a town and municipality located in the Colombian Department of Boyacá. It is situated within the subregion of the Northern Boyacá Province.
The municipality is positioned approximately 132 km from Tunja, which serves as the capital of the department. Sativasur shares borders with several neighboring municipalities, including Sativanorte to the north, Socotá to the east, and Paz de Río to the south and west.
