Jenesano is a town and municipality located in the Márquez Province of the Colombian Department of Boyacá. The urban center of the municipality sits at an altitude of 2,100 metres (6,900 ft) on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense.
The municipality is bordered by Nuevo Colón to the west, Ramiriquí to the east, Boyacá to the north, and Tibaná to the south.
