Turbaco is a municipality situated in the Bolívar Department of Colombia. It is located approximately 20 kilometers southeast of the city of Cartagena de Indias.
The municipality is recognized as one of the most organized administrative areas within the Bolívar Department. It is also well known for hosting the "Fiesta de Toros" every December, an event held to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
