Sibaté is a municipality and town located in Colombia within the department of Cundinamarca. It is situated in the Soacha Province on the Bogotá savanna, forming part of the capital's metropolitan area.
The urban center of Sibaté sits at an altitude of 2,700 metres (8,900 ft) and is located approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) from Bogotá. The municipality shares borders with Soacha to the north and east, Pasca and Fusagasugá to the south, and Silvania and Granada to the west.
