Quetame is a municipality and town located in the Eastern Province of Colombia's Cundinamarca department. The urban center of the municipality sits at an altitude of 1,496 metres (4,908 ft), positioned approximately 62 kilometres (39 mi) from the capital city of Bogotá.
The municipality is bordered by Fómeque to the north, Fosca and Cáqueza to the west, and Guayabetal to the south. Its eastern border lies along the department of Meta.
