Choachí is a municipality and town located in the Eastern Province of the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. It is situated approximately 38 kilometres (24 miles) from the center of Bogotá, the nation's capital.
The town borders La Calera to the north, Ubaque to the south, and Fómeque to the east. Notably, the Páramo de Cruz Verde is located within the boundaries of the Choachí municipality.
