Carmen de Carupa is a municipality and town located in Colombia. It is situated within the Ubaté Province of the department of Cundinamarca.
The municipality is positioned in the Ubaté-Chiquinquirá Valley on the Altiplano Cundiboyacense. It shares borders with San Cayetano to the west, Tausa and Sutatausa to the south, Ubaté and Susa to the east, and Simijaca, Buenavista, and Coper in Boyacá to the north.
