Bojacá is a municipality and town located in the Western Savanna Province of the Cundinamarca department in Colombia. The urban center of the town is situated at an altitude of 2,598 metres (8,524 ft) on the Bogotá savanna.
The municipality is positioned approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) from the capital city of Bogotá. It shares borders with Zipacón, Madrid, and Facatativá to the north; Madrid and Mosquera to the east; Soacha and San Antonio del Tequendama to the south; and Tena, La Mesa, and Zipacón to the west.
