Aipe is a town and municipality located in the Huila Department of Colombia. It is situated within the Central Ranges of the Colombian Andes at altitudes ranging between 350 and 2,300 metres.
The municipality is positioned on the west bank of the Magdalena River. It shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Natagaima, Ataco, and Planadas in the department of Tolima to the north and west; Villavieja and Tello to the east; and the departmental capital, Neiva, to the south.
