Condoto is a municipality located in the southern region of the Chocó Department in Colombia. It holds the distinction of being the third most important municipality within the department, following Quibdó and Istmina.
The local economy is primarily driven by mining and agriculture. Due to its significant mineral resources, Condoto is widely recognized as the "Platinum Capital of Colombia."
