Agustin Codazzi refers to Giovanni Battista Agostino Codazzi (also known as Juan Bautista Agustín Codazzi), an Italo-Venezuelan soldier, scientist, geographer, and cartographer. He served as the governor of Barinas from 1846 to 1847.
