Manatí is a city and municipality located on the northern coast of Puerto Rico. Geographically, it is situated north of Morovis and Ciales, east of Florida and Barceloneta, and west of Vega Baja.
The municipality consists of over eight barrios, including Manatí barrio-pueblo, which serves as the city's downtown area and administrative center. It is also a component of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area.
