Xiangshui County is a coastal administrative division located in the Jiangsu province of China. It serves as the northernmost county-level division under the administration of Yancheng.
The county borders the prefecture-level cities of Lianyungang to its northwest and Huai'an to its southwest. Xiangshui County was officially founded in April 1966.
