Luoping County is a county-level administrative division located in Qujing City within the eastern region of Yunnan Province, China. It serves as a geographical point situated between several neighboring jurisdictions across different provinces.
The county shares borders with Xingyi in Guizhou Province to the east and Xilin County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to the southeast. To its southwest lies Shizong County, while it is bordered by Luliang County, Qilin District, and Fuyuan County to the northwest.
