Helin is a lake located in Vang Municipality within Innlandet county, Norway. Its southeastern shore serves as the official municipal border with the neighboring municipality of Vestre Slidre.
The lake is regulated for the purpose of power production. This energy generation is facilitated by the nearby Åbjøra hydroelectric power station.
