Guanlong is an extinct genus of proceratosaurid tyrannosauroid dinosaur that lived during the Late Jurassic period. It is specifically associated with the Oxfordian age of the Shishugou Formation in China.
First described in 2006 by Xu Xing and his colleagues, Guanlong was identified as a new taxon related to Tyrannosaurus. Currently, two individuals are known to science: one partially complete adult and one nearly complete juvenile specimen.
