Chengkou County is a county-level division located in the municipality of Chongqing, China. It serves as the northernmost administrative division within the municipality.
The county shares geographical borders with several neighboring regions. To the north and west, it borders the provinces of Shaanxi and Sichuan, respectively. Specifically, its northeastern boundary meets Zhengping, Pingli, Langao, and Ziyang counties in Ankang, Shaanxi. Its western border is shared with Wanyuan and Xuanhan counties in Dazhou, Sichuan, while its southern boundaries neighbor Chongqing's Kaizhou District and Wuxi County.
