Shuifu is a county-level city located in the northeastern part of Yunnan province, China. It falls under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Zhaotong.
The city is situated along the border of Sichuan to its east and northeast. It is separated from these neighboring regions by the Jinsha River.
