Mengmao is a subdistrict located in Ruili, Yunnan Province, China. It serves as the primary political, economic, and cultural center of the Ruili region.
As of 2016 statistics, Mengmao covers an area of 232.3 square kilometres (89.7 sq mi) and has a population of 104,681 residents.
