Xiyang County is a county-level division located in eastern Shanxi Province, China. It serves as the easternmost county within the prefecture-level city of Jinzhong.
The region is situated at the western foot of the Taihang Mountain range. Geographically, it shares borders with several neighboring jurisdictions, including Zanhuang County, Neiqiu County, and Jingxing County to the west; Xingtai in Hebei Province to the east; Heshun County to the south; and Pingding County in Yangquan to the north.
