Yidu is a county-level city located in the western region of Hubei Province, China. It operates under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Yichang.
The city covers a total area of 1,357 square kilometres (524 sq mi) and has a population of approximately 395,000 residents. Its administrative divisions consist of one subdistrict, eight towns, and one township. In 2015, the city reported a GDP of 50 billion yuan.
