Qingzhou is a county-level city located in the western part of Weifang, situated within the central region of Shandong Province, China. Historically known as Yidu County, it is also referred to by the Wade–Giles romanizations Tsing-chou or Ching-chow-fu.
The city functions as a dynamic industrial hub that simultaneously supports large-scale agricultural production. To support its economic growth, the local government maintains an open policy toward foreign investment and has established formal business relationships with more than fifty countries and regions.
