Chiping District is an administrative division located within Liaocheng City in the northwestern region of Shandong Province, China. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres (75 miles) west of Jinan, which serves as the provincial capital.
The district functions as a significant geographical and administrative component of the Liaocheng municipal area, contributing to the regional infrastructure of northeastern Shandong.
