Nanjiao (南郊区) was a district located in the city of Datong within Shanxi province, China. It served as a primary administrative division of the city until significant municipal restructuring occurred in early 2018.
In February 2018, Nanjiao District underwent a major merger to form the new Yungang District. This reorganization involved the incorporation of all of Mining District and parts of Cheng District into Nanjiao. Simultaneously, the northern sections of Nanjiao District were merged into Xinrong District.
