Qiaojia County is a county located in the northeastern region of Yunnan province, China. It serves as both the southernmost and westernmost county-level division of Zhaotong City. Geographically, the county sits entirely on the right bank of the Jinsha River and borders Sichuan province to its north and west.
The river valleys within Qiaojia represent some of the lowest points in Yunnan province, reaching elevations of approximately 900 meters. The name of the county translates literally to "City of industrious artisans." As of 2019, the county had a population of 625,000, with 33,200 residents belonging to ethnic minorities.
