Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County is a county located within the prefecture-level city of Guilin in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. The region covers a total land area of approximately 2,149 square kilometers (830 square miles).
As of 2011, the county had a population of roughly 300,000 residents. It is characterized by its status as an autonomous county for the Yao people.
